    At Havana's docks, locate the sheet on a beam between moored ships. Inspect the deck-to-beam access before approaching closely enough to start its flight; a dockside letter or underwater reward is another job.

    Do this

    Use the tavern as the anchor for Billy Reily's roof. Treat Dead Horse's southern rooftop as a second start, not the next assumed landing after Billy's chase. Confirm each live marker before climbing.

    Do this

    Look for the separate sheet on top of a Havana building. From the active map marker, identify a stable roof access and visible next surface before triggering the moving paper.
